When does my device need to be serviced?
For safe practice operation, your device must be serviced regularly. Depending on the number of cycles or the age of the device, the electrical components of the device and the safety-relevant parts are checked in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and replaced if necessary. Only technicians specially trained for this device can carry out the maintenance of medical devices.

Maintenance flat rate for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg
Annual maintenance of your CertoClav devices allows you to avoid short-notice service call-outs. We offer you a maintenance flat rate at a fixed price. With our maintenance flat rate, we cover the majority of Germany. Only for very remote areas do we have to charge a surcharge. You can ask us at any time, before or after ordering, whether you are located in one of these areas. In that case, we will make you a separate offer. If you have already ordered the item, you can also cancel the item free of charge. If our technicians are not near you, we forward your request to one of our numerous trained service partners. After booking the maintenance flat rate, we carry out maintenance of your Class B autoclave or AquaPlus thermal disinfector. Spare parts are charged separately.How is the maintenance call-out planned?
Immediately after ordering a maintenance package, a CertoClav employee will contact you by email to clarify all the details with you. Of course, you also have the option of reaching us in advance at any time by phone or via the contact form. The maintenance order is discussed and planned together with you. Our service technicians will be equipped with the appropriate parts for the maintenance even before they arrive at your premises. We will ask you for the following information in advance:- The contact and address details of your practice
- The serial number of your device
- Your preferred appointment date
