Device Maintenance

You do not have a maintenance contract for your Steri24 product but still need device maintenance? No problem! Steri24 offers device maintenance at a flat rate in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Liechtenstein. Click here to go to the product page for device maintenance. Complaint and Return

We accept complaints within 14 days of delivery. Just notify us informally by email at support@certoclav.com or download the withdrawal form here and send it back to us filled out.


Warranty and Repair

Your autoclave, ultrasonic cleaner, or thermal disinfector is defective and you urgently need help up to the point of repair? In urgent cases, use our 24-hour emergency phone +4917697902371.
If your device is no longer under warranty, you have the choice between on-site repair or factory repair. The prices for the repair can be found in our maintenance package prices. Only the cost of replacement parts per estimate will be added. Steri24 offers a one-year warranty on replaced parts.
