At Steri24, you have a 2-year warranty on all devices.
Limited time offer: Get a free warranty extension to 3 years, worth 500 EUR, when you sign a maintenance contract for your new device.
The 3-year warranty extension is only valid with an existing maintenance contract.

What is covered by the warranty?

If your CertoClav device is still under warranty, we will fix malfunctions and other technical problems for you free of charge. Devices with rare manufacturing defects will be replaced with new devices. After the warranty period has expired, our service technicians or technicians of your choice can also repair your devices on an hourly basis. We offer a flat rate for maintenance. Recommendation: Sign a maintenance contract with us to receive an automatic annual extension of the warranty.

Do you want to register your existing device for warranty, repair, or maintenance? Then please contact us via our contact page. Please provide all your details in the email (invoice number, name, address, postal code, city, phone number).

In-house repair service for all devices

Technical problems are solved by our own service technicians. For smaller or generally known problems, this can often be done by phone. In most cases, we can be at your location within 2 working days in Austria and Germany. Sometimes repairs take more time. In these cases, you will always receive a loaner device to bridge the time.
