Did not purchase a maintenance contract for your Steri24 product but still need device maintenance? No problem! Steri24 offers device maintenance at a flat rate in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Liechtenstein. Click here to go to the product page for device maintenance. For all other countries, please contact us for an individual offer. When should my device be serviced?For safe practice operation, your device must be regularly serviced. Depending on the number of cycles or the age of the device, the electrical components and safety-relevant parts of the device are checked and, if necessary, replaced according to the manufacturer's specifications. Only technicians specially trained for this device can perform maintenance on medical devices.

Maintenance Flat Rate for Germany
An annual maintenance of your CertoClav devices allows you to avoid short-term service calls. We offer you a maintenance flat rate at a fixed price. With our maintenance flat rate, we cover most of Germany. Only for very remote areas do we have to charge an additional fee. You can inquire whether you are in one of these areas before or after ordering at any time. In this case, we will make you a separate offer. If you have already ordered the item, you can also cancel it free of charge. If our technicians are not near you, we will forward your request to one of our many trained service partners. After booking the maintenance flat rate, we will carry out maintenance on your Class B autoclave or AquaPlus thermodesinfector - without any hidden costs.
How is the maintenance service planned?
Immediately after ordering a maintenance package, a CertoClav employee will contact you by email to clarify all the details with you. Of course, you can also contact us by phone or via the contact form at any time in advance. Together with you, the maintenance order will be discussed and planned. Our service technicians will be equipped with the appropriate parts for maintenance before they arrive. We will ask you for the following information in advance:
- The contact and address details of your practice
- The serial number of your device
- Your desired date
Complaints and Returns
We accept complaints within 14 days of delivery. Simply notify us informally by email via support@certoclav.com or download the cancellation form here. You can send the completed form to us by post or email.
Warranty and Repair
Is your autoclave, ultrasonic cleaner, or thermodesinfector defective and you urgently need help up to and including repair? In urgent cases, use our 24-hour emergency phone +4917697902371.
If your device is no longer under warranty, you have the option of on-site or factory repair. You can find the prices for the repair in our maintenance package prices. Only the cost of spare parts based on an estimate will be added. Steri24 grants you a one-year warranty on replaced spare parts.
