What happens after you place your order?
To keep you informed about what happens after clicking "Order", we’ve outlined the process below:
1. Order Confirmation via Email
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. We then review your order and send you the final order confirmation with all relevant details.
2. Personal Contact for Selected Options
Depending on the options selected during checkout, we may contact you directly if needed:
- In-House Installation booked?
If you have ordered autoclaves or washer-disinfectors with installation, our support team will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable delivery and setup appointment. Our technicians will install the device on-site and train your staff accordingly.
Alternatively, we also offer online installation and training via video chat – simple, convenient, and affordable.

In this case, we will schedule a separate validation appointment with you. You will receive a detailed checklist in advance. The validation protocol will be sent to you shortly after completion.
3. Preparing Your Order
We securely and carefully package your items and prepare them for shipment. You will receive the invoice separately by email.
4. Shipping Your Order
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Delivery by our shipping partner usually takes 2–5 business days.
Please note: Delivery of palletized goods (such as autoclaves or washer-disinfectors) is curbside only – unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery inside your premises.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Your shipping confirmation will include a Track & Trace link that lets you monitor the status of your delivery online at any time.
Booked a Maintenance or Repair Service?
If you have scheduled a maintenance or repair through us, we will contact you to arrange an appointment. Depending on your location, either our technician or a certified service partner will visit you directly.
Free Shipping for Orders Over €1,200 (net)
For orders over €1,200 (net), we offer free shipping to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Palletized items such as autoclaves or washer-disinfectors are shipped curbside via DB Schenker. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
Please note: For deliveries to Switzerland, customs procedures may result in longer delivery times. Please also note that import customs clearance fees and Swiss VAT must be paid for Switzerland.
Smaller parcels are shipped via DPD or FedEx.
