When does my device need to be serviced?
For safe practice operation, your device must be serviced regularly. Depending on the number of batches or the age of the device, the electrical components of the device and the safety-relevant components are checked according to the manufacturer's specifications and replaced if necessary. Only technicians specially trained for this device can perform maintenance on medical devices.

A successful vacuum test is a prerequisite for maintenance. Please send us this promptly before the date of use by email to support@certoclav.com.
Maintenance service package for Austria
Annual maintenance of your CertoClav equipment allows you to avoid service calls at short notice. We offer you a maintenance flat rate at a fixed price. With our maintenance flat rate we cover most of Austria. Only for very remote areas we have to charge an extra fee. If you are located in one of these areas, you can ask us at any time before or after ordering. In this case we will make you a separate offer. If you have already ordered the item, you can also cancel it free of charge. If our technicians are not in your area, we will forward your request to one of our many trained service partners. After booking the maintenance flat rate, we will perform maintenance on your class B autoclave or AquaPlus thermodesifnector. Spare parts are charged separately.
How is maintenance scheduled?
Immediately after ordering a maintenance package, a CertoClav representative will contact you via email to clarify all details with you. Of course, you also have the possibility to contact us in advance at any time by phone or via the contact form. Together with you the maintenance order will be discussed and planned. Our service technicians will be equipped with the appropriate components for the maintenance before arriving at your site. We will request the following information from you in advance:
- The contact and address data of your practice
- The serial number of your device
- Your desired service date
