Installation Requirements

To ensure our service team can commission the device without complications, please make sure the following requirements are met in advance:

Mains water connection with AQUAdem 40: max. 3 m distance to the water source and drain. Required fitting: ball outlet valve ¾'' external thread or washbasin tap M24×1 internal thread.
Mains water connection with DI water line: 6 mm (outer diameter) polyurethane PUR hose (food-safe, hydrolysis-resistant) must be in place.

Helix test device including 100 test strips. The Helix test is suitable for use in all Steri24 Class B Pro autoclaves. The test should be performed daily before sterilising instruments to validate the correct operation of a Class B autoclave. You can keep the test strips in a Steri-Logbook and present them to the IGZ or GGD during an inspection.

The handy water distiller is suitable for producing 1.5 litres of distilled water from tap water. The distiller produces 1 litre of distilled water per hour. 1.5 litres of distilled water per hour. 10 thermal paper rolls are the perfect choice for use in the Steri24 Class B Pro autoclave's built-in printer. They are of the highest quality and guarantee a good print image. These thermal paper rolls are made of hard-wearing material and are particularly durable.
