The Savings Package Class B Autoclave Premium 12 L with SteriTrace Pro is the digital all-in-one solution for professional instrument reprocessing. It combines the Class B Autoclave Premium 12 L (with fixed water connection & SteriTrace Pro) with matched accessories for cleaning, packaging, labelling, documentation and routine testing – one order, ready to use straight away. The included autoclave works to EN 13060 (CE via TÜV SÜD) with an average sterilisation time of around 35 minutes and digital batch release via the SteriTrace Pro Assistant.
With LAN, WLAN and cloud you connect the autoclave to practice software, label printer and barcode scanner – a label printer and barcode reader are included in the set. Behind every device stands Steri24 – a brand of the family-run CertoClav Sterilizer GmbH with over 60 years of experience. You get fair prices together with a level of service usually only known from far more expensive suppliers: installation, commissioning and validation on site in Germany, Austria and Switzerland – plus up to 3 years’ warranty.

Important installation notes
The Premium 12 L included in the set is prepared for a fixed water connection and is supplied with the AQUAdem 40 water treatment system. Alternatively, it also works with an integrated fresh- and used-water tank (3 L each). If you wish to use the AQUAdem 40 as a water treatment system, please note:
- A maximum distance of 3 metres to the water source and the drain.
- Threads available on site: ¾″ male-thread ball outlet valve or sink tap (strainer connection) with M24×1 female thread.
If the autoclave is connected directly to a DI-water line, a 6 mm (outer diameter) polyurethane PUR hose (food-safe and hydrolysis-resistant) must be available.
