I am in Austria / Germany. Do I need to service my autoclave?

For the installation, maintenance, or repair of the autoclave, we have our own service personnel and trained service partners at numerous locations nationwide (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) – guaranteed to be near you. For this reason, we can offer a flat rate for maintenance, including travel costs. The flat rate is 699.00 Euros, plus spare parts.

Alternatively, we also offer a flat rate for maintenance at our facility, which is only 440.00 Euros plus spare parts and includes the collection and delivery (curbside) of the device. An autoclave must be serviced every 24 months. If 1000 cycles are reached, premature maintenance is necessary.

Tip: Sign a maintenance contract with us. We will ensure that your autoclave is always serviced on time. If you sign both contracts with us (maintenance contract and validation contract), we can ensure that revalidation is carried out no later than 3 months after the last maintenance. This way, your autoclave remains ready for use.

I am in Switzerland. Do I need to service my autoclave?

Alternatively, we also offer a flat rate for maintenance at our facility, which is only 590.00 Euros plus spare parts and includes the collection and delivery (curbside) of the device. An autoclave must be serviced every 24 months. If 1000 cycles are reached, premature maintenance is necessary.
