We have trained service partners in Switzerland for the installation, maintenance and repair of the autoclave. There is a flat rate for maintenance, including travel, plus spare parts. Alternatively, we can also offer you an all-inclusive price for maintenance ex works, plus spare parts. Collection and delivery (free kerbside) of the appliance are included.
Maintenance interval:
As per manufacturer's recommendation: 24 months (or after 1,000 batches at the latest).
Maintenance scope:
The device is maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions and prepared for revalidation.
The maintenance contract does not include spare and wear parts or malfunctions resulting from improper handling.
How is maintenance contract concluded?
Immediately after ordering a maintenance contract, a CertoClav employee will contact you by e-mail to conclude the contract with you and clarify any open questions. Of course, you also have the possibility to contact us in advance at any time by phone or via the contact form.
