The Class B Autoclave Premium 12 L reliably sterilises packaged and unpackaged instruments, textiles and hollow bodies to EN 13060 – the conformity assessment (CE) is carried out by the notified body TÜV SÜD. Its heart is the SteriTrace Pro Assistant: paperless RKI documentation with digital batch release right on screen. Via LAN/WLAN, cloud and the connection to your practice software, the records flow automatically to where you need them – a label printer is included. The 12 L chamber with 3 trays sterilises in around 35 minutes on average.

Important installation notes
The Premium 12 L works stand-alone with an integrated fresh- and waste-water tank and is ready to use straight away. Optionally, it can also be run fully automatically with treated water. If you wish to use the AQUAdem 40 as a water treatment system (see accessories), please note:
- A maximum distance of 3 metres to the water source and the drain.
- Threads available on site: ¾″ male-thread ball outlet valve or sink tap (strainer connection) with M24×1 female thread.
If the autoclave is connected directly to a DI-water line, a 6 mm (outer diameter) polyurethane PUR hose (food-safe and hydrolysis-resistant) must be available. The connection to your practice software is set up by our in-house IT in a free online appointment (not part of the on-site commissioning).
