Is the Pro 3 L RKI-compliant?
Yes. The Pro 3 L is a Class B autoclave to EN 13060 and documents every batch via USB/SD and thermal printer in a legally compliant way. On request we carry out initial validation and maintenance on site – so you meet the RKI requirements.
How fast is a sterilization cycle?
The quick programme sterilizes unwrapped instruments in just 7 minutes; wrapped instruments are ready from approx. 13 minutes (FAST programme). This makes your sterile goods available again very quickly.
Who is the 3 L size suitable for?
The compact 3 L chamber is suited to low instrument volumes and limited space – e.g. dental practices, eye clinics, podology and foot-care practices. For higher volumes we recommend the Pro 12 L or the configurator.
Do I need a fixed water connection?
No. The Pro 3 L works with an integrated fresh water tank (1 L) and is ready to use immediately (feed water internal, waste water external). Optionally it can be connected to a fixed water supply with the AQUAdem 40 water treatment.
What warranty is included?
2-year warranty as standard, extendable to up to 3 years with a service contract. We offer maintenance and validation at a fixed price including travel.
Do you deliver and install the device?
Yes. Delivery in DE, AT & CH is free from a net order value of €1,200. On-site installation, commissioning and initial validation can be booked optionally. Payment by prepayment, PayPal (invoice 30 days & instalments), Klarna (invoice & instalments), credit card or leasing on request.
Important installation notes
With the order option “fixed water connection” the autoclave can, in addition to manual filling, also be filled fully automatically with distilled water . If you already have a water treatment system on site, a 6 mm hose (outer diameter) must be present. If the water pressure in the hose exceeds 2 bar, an additional pressure reducer is required (see accessories).
If you would like to use the AQUAdem 40 as a water treatment system (see accessories), please note:
- Maximum 3 metres distance to the water source and drain – the scope of delivery includes hoses 3 metres long. If you need longer hoses, please let us know.
- Existing threads on site: ¾″ male thread for tap water or washbasin tap (aerator connection) with M24×1 female thread.
- Water drain 1″ or ¾″: The autoclave has a ¾″ drain; the matching hose is already included in the scope of delivery.
