The ultrasonic tank is designed for cleaning instruments in medical, dental, cosmetic, and veterinary fields, as well as in all areas requiring ultrasonic cleaning.
The ultrasonic cleaning device (through cavitation) allows for thorough cleaning of parts that are difficult to reach during manual cleaning, and it avoids any risk arising from unsafe handling of contaminated instruments.
Heating
The device enters the heating phase of the cleaning solution.
It stops automatically at the set temperature.
Note that during ultrasonic cleaning, the temperature of the cleaning solution rises independently.
Degassing (DEGAS)
The device begins to intermittently activate the ultrasonic phases.
This process reduces the gases dissolved in the liquid, improving the efficiency of the subsequent washing process.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Washing phase through ultrasonic cavitation.
Sweep
The ultrasonic waves are modulated in their frequency, reducing the negative effects of standing waves and increasing the distribution of ultrasonic energy in the washing liquid. The cleaning is more efficient (improved cavitation).
Drainage
- The tank is emptied by opening the corresponding valve.
