The ultrasonic bath is designed for cleaning instruments in the medical, dental, cosmetic, and veterinary fields, as well as in all areas requiring ultrasonic cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaning device (using cavitation) enables thorough cleaning of parts that are difficult to reach with manual cleaning, and eliminates any risk associated with unsafe handling of contaminated instruments.
Heating
The device enters the heating phase of the cleaning solution.
It automatically stops at the set temperature.
Note that during ultrasonic cleaning, the temperature of the cleaning solution rises independently.
Degassing (DEGAS)
The device begins to intermittently activate the ultrasonic phases.
This process reduces the gases dissolved in the liquid, thus improving the efficiency of the subsequent washing process.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Washing phase through ultrasonic cavitation.
Sweep
The frequency of the ultrasound is modulated, reducing the negative effects of standing waves and increasing the distribution of ultrasonic energy in the washing liquid.
The cleaning is more efficient (improved cavitation).
Draining
The tank is emptied by opening the corresponding valve.
