Right of Withdrawal / Model Withdrawal Form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes thatcan be attributed predominantly neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity:

A. Cancellation policy

Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within 15 days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is 15 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CertoClav Sterilizer GmbH, Peintner Str. 10, 4060 Leonding, Austria, Tel.: +43 (0) 732 674 278, E-Mail: support@certoclav.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You canuse the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences ofrevocation

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 15 days from the date on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 15 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 15 days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post (forwarding goods), are estimated at a maximum ofabout 50 euros for each such goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of revocation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if theirseal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Ifnecessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
