Are you not satisfied with the product or is it not working properly? We will solve it! We are happy to explain how it works.

How can I return or exchange a product?

• Please use our right of withdrawal form to return a product. https://www.steri24.de/info/Right-of-Withdrawal--Model-Withdrawal-Form.html
• Once we have processed your return request, you will receive an email or a call from us to confirm your return. You then have another 10 days to return your product in its original condition with packaging.
• Please use the original box to package the product.
• We can organize a return shipment for you upon request. Alternatively, you can also use the post office or a shipping company for the delivery.

The main conditions from our terms and conditions summarized for you:

• You can register your return no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
• The return of consumables is only possible if the packaging is unopened and the product is undamaged.
• The product to be returned must be packaged in the original packaging and in an outer carton.
• Damaged products and packaging will not be credited.
• The credit will be issued after receipt, inspection, and approval by CertoClav.
