Troubleshooting for Steri24 autoclaves

The Integrated Protocol Printer of the Autoclave No Longer Prints

Was the paper roll changed?
1) Please check if you have inserted a new compatible roll.
2) Only one side of the printing paper is printable. Please insert the printer paper the other way around and close the printer paper compartment.
3) The printer does not print if the lever of the paper compartment is not fully engaged. Please check if the compartment is properly closed.
 

The Message "Call Customer Service" Appears on the Display

This reminder serves as a notice to replace the bacterial filter. After replacing the filter, the service reminder must be deactivated in the SERV settings.
To do this, switch to the SERV menu. The password is 03115. Then set the "Need Service" option to "OFF".

"Checking..." appears on the display during sterilization

If a USB stick with more than 16 GB or without FAT formatting is used, malfunctions may occur. Therefore, please carry out the next test run without a USB stick but with the printer activated.
If the next test run works without any problems, please use a suitable USB stick in future.
 

Error E13

There is not enough water in the fresh water tank. The current cycle can still be completed. The water tank must be refilled for the next cycle.
To remove the error message, please switch the autoclave off and on again.

If no fixed water connection is used with AQUAdem, set Auto Water Mode to 00 in the service menu to avoid the error in future.
 

There is water in the chamber after sterilization

1. 1) The front feet of the autoclave can be adjusted in height by turning them. Please ensure that the autoclave is slightly higher at the front so that the condensation can drain into the chamber waste.
   2) Please set the drying time of the 134°C program to 15 minutes.
