I am in Austria / Germany. Do I need to have my autoclave serviced?

For the installation, maintenance or repair of the autoclave, we have our own service staff and trained service partners at numerous locations throughout the country (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) - guaranteed to be near you. For this reason, we can offer an all-inclusive price for maintenance, including travel. The all-inclusive price is 699,00 Euro, plus spare parts.

Alternatively, we also offer a flat rate for maintenance ex works, which is only 440.00 Euro, plus spare parts, and includes pick-up and delivery (free curbside) of the unit. An autoclave must be serviced every 24 months. When reaching 1000 cycles, an early maintenance is necessary.

Tip: Conclude a maintenance contract with us. We will ensure that your autoclave is always serviced in a timely manner. If you conclude both contracts with us (maintenance contract and validation contract), we can ensure that revalidation is carried out no later than 3 months after the last maintenance. This ensures that your autoclave is always ready for use.
