Warranty on ultrasonic cleaner and washer-disinfector
Do you have a problem with your ultrasonic cleaner or washer-disinfector? Then please contact us directly via our contact page to process your claim. Please include all your data in the e-mail (invoice number, description of your complaint, name, address, postal code, city, telephone number). If your complaint falls within the warranty or guarantee period, we will offer you a suitable alternative or compensation as soon as possible.
What is covered by the warranty?
If your CertoClav device is still under warranty, we will repair malfunctions and other technical problems for you free of charge. We replace devices with rare factory defects with new devices. After the warranty period has expired, our service technicians or service technicians of your choice can also repair your equipment on an hourly basis. For maintenance, we offer a fixed price quote. Recommendation: Sign a maintenance contract with us to receive an automatic warranty renewal every year.

Own repair service for all devices
Technical problems are solved by our own service technicians. For smaller or generally known problems this can often be done by phone. In most cases we can be with you within 2 working days in Austria and Germany. Sometimes the repair takes more time. In these cases you will always get a loaner device to bridge the time.

That is why CertoClav offers a maintenance contract for your equipment. The annual service ensures that any defects or signs of wear are detected early.
