Are you not satisfied with the product or it does not work properly anymore? Then we will solve it! We will be happy to explain how it works.
How can I return or exchange a product?

Once we process your return request, you will receive an email or phone call from us to confirm your return. You will then have an additional 10 days to return your product in its original condition with packaging.
Please use the original carton to pack the product.
We will arrange return shipping for you upon request. Alternatively, you can also ask the post office or a freight forwarder to deliver the product.

As soon as we have received your package, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, a return is no longer possible. You still have at least 1 year warranty on your product.

The return of consumables is only possible if the packaging is unopened and the product is undamaged.
The product to be returned must be packed in the original packaging and in an outer carton.
Damaged products and packaging will not be credited.
Credit will be issued after receipt, inspection and approval by CertoClav.
