What happens after my order and payment?

We deliver the ordered products to your site. You can order the installation, commissioning and training from us as an extra package. In this case, we will contact you to discuss when our service staff can best visit you.

1. you will receive an order confirmation
As soon as you have placed an order and we have received the payment in case of prepayment, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail.

2. we prepare the order
We start preparing your order. We will make sure the package is safe and solid, check if all the products and accessories are included, and we will provide your order with an invoice.

3. the package will be picked up by a forwarding agent
When your package is ready, we register it for shipment. You will then receive an email notification that your product has been shipped.

4. track & trace code
In the email notification, you will also find a track & trace code that you can use to track the shipment.

5. delivery, installation and product demonstration
If you have ordered an autoclave or thermal disinfector including installation and commissioning, the device will be installed at your site and your staff will be trained. It will be explained to you in a workshop what you have to pay attention to when using the device. If you book a maintenance or repair through us, we or our service partner will also come to you. All other products from our store will be delivered to your home with a regular parcel service.

Do you want to set up and commission the equipment yourself? This is absolutely feasible as the tabletop units only need to be connected to the power supply. You can also book an online product training with us.

Picking up your order

Would you like to pick up your order at our location in Leonding? This is also no problem. We are open daily from 08:00 to 16:30. Please make an appointment in advance at +43 (0) 732 674 278 or by e-mail to support@certoclav.com or via our contact page.
