Our qualified service staff will repair your autoclave on demand ex works. If you sign a service contract, the repair is free of charge.

Without service contract, we offer the qualififaction of your autoclave on demand. Please contact us for a quote.

In addition to the required warranty period of 2 years, you will receive an additional year's warranty for every service or repair from Steri24.
Service in Germany and Austria
The Steri24 Service Contract is an ideal choice for customers who want to ensure that their autoclave is serviced every year in accordance with the Medical Device Directive. With the contract, you have the option to choose one of the numerous Steri24 service partners who will service the autoclave once a year. The maintenance extends the warranty for another year, so that repairs from the factory remain free of charge should a defect occur. The Steri24 service contract is thus a safe and cost-effective way to keep your autoclave in perfect condition and to rely on the reliability and performance of the device.
