For installation, maintenance and repair of the autoclave we have trained service partners in Switzerland. The all-inclusive price for maintenance, including travel, is 999.00 Euro, plus spare parts. Alternatively, we also offer an all-inclusive price for maintenance ex works, which is only 699.00 Euro plus spare parts and includes pick-up and delivery (free curbside) of the unit.
Maintenance interval:
As per manufacturer's recommendation: 24 months (or after 1,000 batches at the latest).
Maintenance scope:
The device is maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions and prepared for revalidation.
The maintenance contract does not include spare and wear parts or malfunctions resulting from improper handling.
How is maintenance contract concluded?
Immediately after ordering a maintenance contract, a CertoClav employee will contact you by e-mail to conclude the contract with you and clarify any open questions. Of course, you also have the possibility to contact us in advance at any time by phone or via the contact form.
